Nicholas Christou realized his calling as an attorney in elementary school when he successfully persuaded his teacher to free his friend from detention and join the rest of the class at recess. While in law school, Nicholas gained experience working as a law clerk for a workers’ compensation firm in 2011. After graduating Cum Laude from the University of Illinois College of Law, Nicholas began his career as an attorney working in civil litigation and environmental law. Nicholas returned to workers’ compensation in 2015. Since then, he has successfully resolved hundreds of Californian workers’ compensation claims with victories at both trial and on appeal.

Prior to fulfilling a lifelong dream by starting this firm in 2023, Nicholas gained experience as a workers’ compensation attorney representing both injured workers, and employers and their insurance companies. This comprehensive knowledge now helps him guide our clients through their claims with expertise that minimizes delays while maximizing their benefits.

Nicholas’ proudest professional moments include being part of the legal team that won a case before the Wyoming Supreme Court on behalf of their Californian client. This created legal precedent that expanded insurance coverage for injured workers. Century Surety Co. v. Jim Hipner, LLC (2016 WY) 377 P.3d 784. Another highlight was when one of his prior insurance company clients followed him when he changed employers, bringing hundreds of cases to his new firm. He is grateful for the opportunity to serve injured workers and takes satisfaction in providing compassionate and dedicated representation.
